House Natasha

Well this week has certainly been busy at work, but I really feel good about it. I am feeling a bit of a time pressure, though still nothing unmanageable at this point, but I actually appreciate feeling a bit of pressure/stress. At least concerning work, I think I actually need a little pressure to reach my full potential. That's not to say I don't always do a good job, it's just that somehow under pressure I seem to think better, more clear, and end up with possibly better solutions to the problems at hand.

This weekend may turn out to be busy as well, though I'm not going to kill myself working on the weekend. At least not this early in the game. If come a couple weeks from now we're in a spot, I'd consider it. Right now though I just want to try and get ahead of the curve a bit. But not all of my busy weekend will be spent working. There are a few things not work related that I still need to take care of. One of which is getting to the bookstore and ordering that book that my Lady wanted me to get.

I was a bit tired when I got home today, and ended up making several attempts at a nap on the couch. My roomie did her best to thwart my plan with random loud noises at random times. In the end, I was successful, and am now recharged. Of course, now it's after 11pm which does put me in an interesting position. I was thinking I might tackle a few issues for tomorrow, though I might just go to bed and read. I really need a job where I can just set my own hours. I'm such a night owl. Not a morning person at all.
